Q   May we select a combination of fillings for the sandwiches and wraps?

A    Yes, you may select any combination or give us the information regarding your       

         guests and leave it to our discretion. We always include at least one vegetarian

        unless instructed otherwise.

Q   Must we order a combination of sandwiches and wraps?

A    No, you may have all sandwiches, or all wraps or a combination. We are here to

      accommodate your guests’ needs.

Q   Do you offer a fruit salad?

A    Yes, we offer a fruit salad or platter in three different sizes, small 8-14 guests,

       Medium 15-20 guests, and large 21-30 guests.

Q   What are your signature salads?

A    Every day our chef makes two different signatures salads of which we do not

       know ahead of time.  Usually it is an assortment of pasta salads.

Q   May we substitute one of the signature salads with a green salad?

A    Yes, you may substitute or add a field of green salad to your order.

Q   Does the green salad have cheese?

A    No, but we can add it to your specifications.

Q   Your Executive Sandwiches and Wraps selection includes a Chocolate Chip

      Cookie, can you explain?

A    Yes, we offer an assortment of our Large Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chocolate

      Chip and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies with this selection.  This Cookie is

     included but you are not limited to just this dessert. You may want to consider

     adding some of our brownies or finger cakes to compliment your menu.
