Corporate Catering and Cake Club Application

To reward those companies that do business with us throughout the year we created the Corporate Cake Club.  The objective of the Club is to provide a means for our Members to order fresh, delicious custom made cakes by phone and have them delivered to your office or facility.

Being a member of La Bonbonniere’s Corporate Cake Club is a bonus in itself.  Here is a list of just a few advantages offered to our members:

Purchase five custom cakes and receive the sixth one FREE! (Up to the average value of the five cakes purchased)

FREE DELIVERY WITH MINIMUM ORDER! *Order must be over $85 and within 10 miles of our Corporate Headquarters, Rt. 27, Edison, NJ.  From 11 to 25 miles of our Headquarters free delivery must exceed $250.  Call for delivery prices for longer distances.

Why worry over who’s picking up the cake and whether it will fit in the car or not. 

La Bonbonniere does provide a delivery service to your office or facility (some delivery and set-up charges may apply) or you can pick up your order at any one of our four locations in Edison, South Plainfield, Menlo Park and Woodbridge.

Prices are based on payment within 30 days of pick-up or delivery.  We thank you for choosing LA Bonbonniere and we are happy to accomodate your firm.  We do not have the resources to check credit references therefore we do not ask for any.  However, we will need a valid major credit card number from your firm to guarantee payment.  If payment is not made within 30 days of receipt of goods a service charge will be assessed and the card will be charged.  By signing this agreement and providing a credit card number you are agreeing to these terms.

La Bonbonniere Catering Snow Policy:
There will be no deliveries if there is a snow accumulation of 2" or more.  If a customer has an order to be picked up in one of our locatins or is scheduled for delivery, their order will be made and the customer will be responsible for payment as well as pick-up of the order in our Edison locaton unless the order is cancelled by 7PM the night before delivery is scheduled.  If an order was scheduled for delivery and the customer did not call the night before to cancel, the customer will be responsible for payment as well as retrieval of their order in our Edison location.  Please be advised that our Customer Service Department is conveniently open until 9PM Mondy - Saturday and until 7PM on Sunday.  Phone 732-287-1313.

DRIVERS WAITING TIME CHARGE: $10 FOR EVERY 15 MINUTE BLOCK DRIVER IS HELD AT CLIENT SITE.  WE URGE YOU TO PROVIDE US THE CORRECT INFORMATION OF WHO AND WHERE TO DELIVER WHEN BRINGING YOUR ORDER TO VAID THESE CHARGES.
